A new name is entering Dubai’s branded-luxury landscape: Mouawad Residences Dubai has been officially unveiled as Dubai’s first residences branded by Mouawad, the internationally known luxury jewellery house.

Set to rise as a 19-storey tower in Meydan Horizon, this upcoming address is expected to blend refined architecture with the prestige, heritage, and design language associated with the Mouawad name.

Mouawad is globally recognised for its high jewellery legacy, and the branded-residences concept is designed to translate that signature identity into residential living—where details, finishes, and atmosphere are curated to feel elevated and timeless.

This move into real estate is supported by an established branded-residences framework: OCTA Properties has been appointed as the global licensee for Mouawad-branded residences, supporting the roll-out of future projects
